Privacy Policy

ISA collects and processes personal data of registrants. ISA respects the personal data of registrants and does not sell, rent, loan, trade or otherwise transfer any personal data to any third party unless this is necessary to organize the competition. ISA will, for instance, share personal data (for instance name and date of birth) with the hotel in order to secure the room bookings.

ISA does not request personal data from you, other than to process a transaction for the event.

The personal data of students is collected for the following reasons:

• Gender: to configure sleeping arrangements at the hotel, to be used by the hotel and ISA event coordinators
• Birth date: to check the validity of student ages against the ISMTF regulations for competing, to be used by ISA event coordinators and the IMSTF organisation
• Emergency contact: to reach someone in case of an emergency, to be used by ISA event coordinators
• Important medical information: to keep all students safe during the event, in the event of an emergency, this may be used by ISA event coordinators, the hotel or restaurant
• Special dietary needs: to arrange dietary needs with the hotel, restaurant and ISA event coordinators
• Photo consent: to have consent from parents to use or not use their child’s photo publicly, to be used by ISA event coordinators

ISA will only share your personal information with a third party if you expressly ask to receive information from them.

The use of e-mail

ISA will only use the e-mail address of registrants and chaperones for the purpose where an event registrants and chaperone has given opt-in. ISA will always provide you in every email, where relevant, with an unsubscribe link.
