Submit Information

The following forms must be submitted no later than 31 January, 2018.

SUBMIT TEAM INFORMATION

ISA does not refund fees in case the participant cancels the registration. However, you may send a different participant from your school as a substitute if necessary. Please note that you have to inform ISA by no later than 1 March, 2018 of such a change.

Before completion, please have the following at hand:

• If you have two teams, know which students will be on which team (Team 1 or Team 2)
• For all students, obtain this information from their parents:
  • Student first & last names
  • Gender
  • Birthdate
  • Emergency contact name
  • Emergency contact phone number
  • Important medical information
  • Special dietary needs
  • Permission of posting photos of students publicly or not
  • Additional information
  • All student t-shirt sizes ranging between XS and XXL

SUBMIT COACH INFORMATION

Before completion, please have the following at hand:

• Coach(es) first & last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Special dietary needs
• All coach t-shirt sizes ranging between S and XXL
• Duty preferences
• Additional information

SUBMIT TRAVEL INFORMATION

We would like this information in case some groups get delayed.

Please note that a dinner included in the registration fees will be available to all students and coaches on Friday, 4 May at 19:00 next to the hotel. Try to make your arrangements so that you can arrive to dinner on time and not miss the welcome announcements!
