6. Special Grading Circumstances
  1. New Admit (recently admitted to school, no grades) - Enter a mark of P and a comments code of 999. If the student is recently transferred from another class, first speak to the former teacher. Click Here for possible progress reports and how to view raw data and enter it into your grade book IF the student was transferred from another one of YOUR classes.
  2. Student receives OT, Speech, Counseling or other related services and does not attend your class regularly enough to receive a grade, enter a mark of P and a comment code of 997
  3. Medically Excused (usually PE) - Enter a grade of P and comment code of 998
