Once you register your child, they will be automatically enrolled in the selected activity. To secure your child's participation, we kindly request that you submit the payment promptly after receiving a confirmation of their enrollment.
In the event that a program does not reach the minimum number of participants, parents will be notified by email and any paid fees will be refunded.
Please sign up as soon as possible to secure a place. Please be aware that the registration form will automatically close once it reaches its maximum capacity.
Payment:
All cheques should be submitted to the class teacher before the Payment Deadlines.
If your child is enrolling in multiple activities, please send separate checks for each activity. This helps us keep track of the payments and the reasons for each payment
Please write the name, class of your child and activity name on the back of the cheque.
Payment method: Refer to the course details and registration forms.
Communication:
Once your course has been confirmed, your details will be sent to the instructor for any future communication.

If we need to cancel, announcements regarding the status of lessons will be sent through email between 1:30-14:00 PM. This will ensure you have the most accurate information.
In the case of student absence or adverse weather conditions, make-up lessons or reimbursements will not be given.
