Secondary Interest ECA information AY 2025-2026

Fees:

Mondays - 900 HKD

(9 Sessions) SEP 8, 15, 22, 29, OCT 20, 27, NOV 3, 24, and DEC 1

Tuesdays -1000 HKD

(10 Sessions) SEP 9, 16, 23, 30, OCT 14, 21, 28, NOV 4, 25, and DEC 2

Wednesdays - 900 HKD

(9 Sessions) SEP 10, 17, 24, OCT 15, 22, NOV 5, 12, 26, and DEC, 3

Thursdays - 1100 HKD

(11 Sessions) SEP 11, 18, 25, OCT 2, 16, 23, 30, NOV 6, 13, 27, and DEC 4 

Remarks:

1. ECA Interest registrations are only considered complete with an online registration and the submission of cheques on a per-term basis.

2. All cheques should be submitted to your child's Secondary Form Tutor before the Payment Deadlines.

3. Please sign up as soon as you can to secure a place. Please note that sign ups are on a 'first come first serve' basis. Submission of the application form does not guarantee placement and all enrolment will be considered base on availability.

4. Once your course has been confirmed, your details will be sent to the instructor for any future communication.

5. Payment method: Refer to course details and registration forms.

6. Students must leave the school premises immediately after their ECA session dismissal.

7. Please write the name, year and class of your child , and the name of this ECA at the back of the cheque.

8. Confirmation email will be sent out one week before ECA starts.

9. KIS will make a decision regarding the continuation or cancellation of lessons one hour prior to the scheduled time in the event of inclement weather. Lessons will be cancelled if a typhoon signal No. 8 or higher is in effect, as well as during a Red or Black Rainstorm. Announcements regarding the status of lessons will be sent through email.

10. In the case of student's absence, or adverse weather conditions, make up lessons or reimbursements will not be given.

11. No refunds or make ups will be issued for missed ECA's, for whichever reason except if the coach of the ECA was absent on a date. This is standard policy in all international schools in Hong Kong.

12. Please notify the ECA coordinators if you decide to cancel your registration before the start date of ECA.

13.Once the ECA has begun, the enrollment cannot be cancelled or modified.
