As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised careers education, we provide all students with access to Morrisby - a leading online platform designed to support informed and confident decision-making about future pathways.
Morrisby has been at the forefront of careers guidance for over 50 years and is trusted by thousands of schools worldwide. Its strength lies in combining high-quality, psychometrically validated assessments with in-depth careers information, giving each student tailored support as they explore their next steps.
Students from Year 7 upwards can access a range of tools and resources, including:
A comprehensive careers profile built from interests, skills, values, and optional aptitude assessments
Insight into suitable career paths and the qualifications required to pursue them
Access to a comprehensive careers library with up-to-date labour market information, including salary data, job demand, required qualifications and real-world insights for hundreds of careers
In-depth guidance on GCSE, A level and alternatives and post-16/18 options
Detailed suggestions for subjects, courses and career areas based on each student’s unique profile
A digital Learner Passport to log activities, encounters and achievements
Morrisby helps students understand themselves better and identify opportunities that align with their strengths and goals. The platform supports key moments of transition, from choosing GCSEs to applying for university, apprenticeships or employment.
The Morrisby platform is accessible on any device, and login details are provided by the school. Students can continue using Morrisby after they leave school, ensuring long-term support in a rapidly changing careers landscape.
We encourage families to explore the platform together to help guide and support their child’s journey. If you would like access to the Morrisby platform as a parent or carer, please contact us and we will provide you with a login code.

We use skillsbuidler to develop employability skills for careers readiness and for well-rounded and resilient students.
In Year 9 and Y11 students complete aptitude tests that assist in indication of what careers and academic paths would suit them
Bridging the gap between Education and the World of Work.
Career Accelerator is an online self-paced platform for students to get all the information and support they need in finding a pathway to a meaningful career. We recently introduced this to the Year 12 and Year 13 students and will be considering it for Year 11 as well, next year.
All students receive a certificate after completion and will progress through units on employability, skills and different industries.
