Attention Year 7 and Year 8 Students!
The University Guidance Counselling Department is looking for Photographers and Reporters to help capture media for our Instagram account during the upcoming student graduation ceremony!
Details:
Date of Graduation: June 20th
Time: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Rehearsal: June 19th at 1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Capture memorable moments during the graduation ceremony.
Report on the event and help document the experience for our social media.
Requirements:
Be available for both the rehearsal on June 19th and the graduation on June 20th.
If selected, your family will be informed about your extra time commitment at school.
You may bring your own camera (not required) or use your phone if it has a good quality camera.
Instructions:
On June 19th, we will provide you with specific instructions on what we are looking for.

Are you a creative and enthusiastic Year 7 or Year 8 student with a passion for games? We are excited to announce an opportunity for you to become our Game Master! This unique role is perfect for those who love to make, know, and organize games for your peers to enjoy during class time.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and design exciting games that can be played in class.
Organize and facilitate game sessions, ensuring that all students have a chance to participate.
Collect information on various games and be ready to share them with the class at any time.
Act as the go-to person for fun and engaging activities that enrich the learning environment.
Skills Required:
Strong creativity and imagination to develop new and engaging games.
Good knowledge of different types of games and how they can be adapted for educational purposes.
Excellent organizational skills to plan game sessions smoothly.
Ability to work independently, taking initiative to come up with new ideas and options for games.
Expectations:
Attend regular meetings to discuss game ideas and upcoming class activities.
Be prepared to introduce and explain games clearly to your classmates.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged to participate.
