What kind of germplasms are shared?

The IRG has been distributing traditional varieties, breeding or inbred lines, improved varieties and wild species that contain many useful traits for rice improvement. Many accessions have tolerance to various stresses that crops are facing now. These are valuable materials in rice breeding and biotechnology. Genetic stocks used in genotyping are also available in the genebank and shared with  requestors.

Biological status by decade/year

This section shows the total number of IRG accessions and the count of distinct IRG accessions from all of the requests by the biological status of the accession and by the decade when the request was made. There is an option to change the values of x-axis from year to decade or vise-versa. There is a horizontal navigation bar to view all the years from left to right.  Filtering can be done by continent and country.  The reset filter button will remove all the filterings and back to the default data. If 'Error 400' occurs, manually refresh the browser.

Biological status by country

This section shows the total number of IRG accessions and the count of distinct IRG accessions from all of the requests by the biological status of the accession and by the recipient country. The values of the graph (count of IRG accessions, and count of distinct IRG accessions) can be changed using the dropdown selector on the label of the y-axis. There is an option to switch graph dimensions (x-axis and bar categories) to view the different perspectives of the graph according to the interest of the user. There is a horizontal navigation bar to view all the countries (if set on the x-axis) from left to right. Filtering can be done by continent and country. The reset filter button will remove all the filterings and back to the default data. If 'Error 400' occurs, manually refresh the browser.

Biological status by country's development status

This section shows the total number of IRG accessions and the count of distinct IRG accessions from all of the requests by the biological status of the accession and by the recipient country’s development status. The values of the graph (count of requests, count of IRG accessions, and count of distinct IRG accessions) can be changed using the dropdown selector on the label of the y-axis. There is an option to switch graph dimensions (x-axis and bar categories) to view the different perspectives of the graph according to the interest of the user.  Filtering can be done by continent and by country. The reset filter button will remove all the filterings and back to the default data. If 'Error 400' occurs, manually refresh the browser. If 'Error 400' occurs, manually refresh the browser.

Material type by decade/year

This section shows the total number of IRG accessions and the count of distinct IRG accessions from all of the requests by the material type of the accession and by the decade when the request was made. There is an option to change the values of x-axis from year to decade or vise-versa. There is a horizontal navigation bar to view all the years from left to the right.  Filtering can be done by continent and by country. The reset filter button will remove all the filterings and back to the default data. If 'Error 400' occurs, manually refresh the browser.

Material type by country's development status

This section shows the total number count of IRG accessions and the count of distinct IRG accessions from all of the requests by the material type of the accession and by the recipient country’s development status. The values of the graph (count of IRG accessions and count of distinct IRG accessions) can be changed using the dropdown selector on the label of the y-axis.  Filtering can be done by continent and by country. Accession's age by country

This section shows the total number of distinct IRG accessions from all of the requests by accession’s age and by the recipient country.  The age of accession was derived by calculating the difference between the year when the accession was requested and the year when the accession was obtained by the IRG. There is an option to switch graph dimensions (x-axis and bar categories) to view the different perspectives of the graph according to the interest of the user. There is a horizontal navigation bar to view all the categories from left to the right. Filtering can be done by continent and by country.
