Pakistani Breakfast

It is soooo good. I love Pakistani people making that for breakfast. They make the paratha for breakfast. It is kind of like a bread but the shape of the bread is a circle it tastes good. If you eat it with heavy cream and drink with milk coffee with it it will taste good.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Hot water - as much as you need

  • Oil

PREPARATION

Mix flour, salt, sugar and hot water- as much as you need. Cover the bowl and rest it for twenty minutes. Take the dough out of the bowl and flip it and flip it and roll it with flour in your hands (knead). Make the paratha bigger with a rolling pin. Now you put oil and put a little bit of flour. Roll it into a shape like a "one." Cut it into 5 square pieces. Make the squares into circles. Make the circles bigger with the rolling pin.

Heat the pan and put the paratha on the pan. You should add ghee and cook the paratha. And then....finished!!!
