It’s a kind of rice. It’s very tasty and it has a lot of ingredients and it takes a long time to bake but it’s worth it. The first time that I tried it it was a normal Saturday and it was 2pm. I was six, I think I was in Turkey. My mom said, “I did a new food, I don’t think you tried it before.” And I said, I didn’t think I tried it too. I looked at it and it looked like heaven. And then I tasted it and it tasted so good. And I’ve eaten it ever since.
Ingredients:
Peas
Potatoes
Carrots
Rice
Turmeric
Other spices
Onions
Oil
Chicken
Almonds
Salt
Fine egg noodles
Yogurt for putting on top
Preparation
Rice is easy to make, you get the rice and put it in a big pot and put water in it and let it sit for 22 minutes. After that you turn on the stove and cook it until it’s done.
Cut the almonds and put the almonds in a pan and put them on the stove. Then, when they’re done, you can put them on top of the biryani.
