I have been a teacher for 14 years.  This is my eighth year as a teacher at Evans Mills Primary School.   My first three years were spent teaching first grade.  Before teaching at Evans Mills, I provided special education intervention services at Bright Beginnings Learning Center.  Prior to that, I taught 2nd grade and 3rd grade at Immaculate Heart Central School for four years.    I love being a 2nd grader!

My husband is an Assistant Chief with the Fort Drum Fire Department and has been a volunteer firefighter with the Sackets Harbor Fire Department for 35 years.  We are blessed with three children; Gage and his wife Jessica who reside in Clover, SC with my grandson Jaxon.  My daughter Kayla is a Board Certified Behavior Anaylyst and works for ABA Kids in Charlotte, SC.   My youngest, Evan is also a Firefighter and EMT with Fort Drum Fire Department.  In addition to my children and grandson, I am a fur mom to Myla and Murphy!
