Student Expectations

During the first few weeks of Kindergarten, we have class discussions about rules and expectations. This leads to community writing of the most important (simply stated) classroom rules. The classroom rules are posted for easy reference. This gives students ownership in the rules of the classroom and allows them to think about what we need to have for a learning environment where everyone is respected and focused on learning.

We can be a nice friend.

We can listen.

We can be a bucket filler, not a bucket dipper.

We can be a TPS superhero!
