Welcome Grizzlies!
I am a proud Granger Grizzly teacher since the doors opened 28 years ago. I was very fortunate to grow up in District 204 where I graduated H.S. from “The Original” valley, Waubonsie Valley. I received my bachelor’s degree from Milligan College in TN and my master’s degree from North Central College.
I am a blessed mom of two adult daughters 21 and 24. My oldest lives in Chicago and my youngest is a junior at North Central College in the ROTC program. GO ARMY! When I am not in the classroom, I am in the stands cheering on Raegan who also plays lacrosse. She transferred from Pennsylvania this year, so I am looking forward to attending more games and hanging out with Payton in the city. I also love sitting on my patio with friends or a good book.
One of my favorite sayings is an old Japanese proverb, “Fall down seven times, get up eight”. As the year progresses your child will understand why I hold this saying so close to my heart. You are going to love Granger M.S., I know I do!
Welcome to Granger & Team 6-2!
