Hi, I’m Julian Bishop, the proud creator of JB Services and Manager of Volunteer Great Lake Taupō. I’m passionate about helping people simplify their lives and discover their purpose – whether through community service, home solutions, or business support.

For me, variety is the spice of life. I thrive on juggling diverse tasks, from teaching dance to assisting organisations with digital marketing, social media, and volunteer management. I also have a soft spot for furry friends, which is why pet-sitting is one of my favourite ways to stay flexible and connected with my community.

With JB Services, I’ve brought all my skills and services under one roof to make it easier for you to get things done – and make life just a little bit simpler. Whether it’s repairing and installing soft furnishings (think curtains, Roman blinds, and roller blinds), seasonal cleaning for farmhouses, or commercial spaces, or tackling property maintenance, I’m here to help.

I live by the saying: “If you want something done, ask a busy person.” Staying active and involved is what keeps me motivated. Whether it’s managing property repairs at the Waiora House Complex or lending extra hands for S.O.S Property Repairs and Maintenance, I find joy in solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.

Having ADHD means I thrive in roles that challenge my creativity and adaptability. It’s this versatility and energy that have become my greatest strengths, allowing me to approach every project with fresh ideas and enthusiasm.
