The Leader/Learner Program consists of 47 “Leaders” and 145 Freshmen “Learners”. The amazing group of Leaders meet weekly with their groups of 3-4 Learners to help them navigate through IPoly. Our Leaders provide academic guidance, emotional support and facilitate social interactions. The Leader/Learner Program has been a successful way to build the IPoly student community.
