The objective of IPoly Collaborative Student Success (CSS) is to engage and empower students of all abilities utilizing the six C’s of IPoly. CSS is a student-driven organization focused on ensuring that students feel supported and are provided with what they need to be successful at IPoly, with goals to:
Engage students with existing resources and the larger IPoly community
Empower by reducing equity gaps between diverse learners
Empathize by encouraging peer-to-peer interaction with the intent of taking paths toward collective success, particularly during hybrid/distance learning
CSS is built by three pillars: Engagement, Empowerment, and Empathy. All three are foundational to the three components of CSS: Academic Success, Collaborative Leading & Learning, and Building Community.

The Executive Board and the Committee Heads are the people who are in charge of a project. They work with their committee and represent them at the Committee and Council Meetings. They work to make sure every voice in CSS is heard.
