Once ElliQ has been plugged in and connected to wifi, she will automatically start an onboarding program to help the user get acquainted with the key features.
Setting up ElliQ should only take about 15 minutes.

To avoid technical issues:
Please DO NOT set up the ElliQ device before the home visit with your client. It needs to be set up in the location that it will remain.
If you would like to test or keep one in your office as a demo device, please contact nysofa@elliq.com to request an ADDITIONAL unit. Do not use the units designated for clients.
If you have already set up a device that needs to be used with a client, please contact help@elliq.com so that we can reset the software before you bring it to them.
