It’s a fantastic opportunity to find out more about Shiatsu and all its benefits. Even if your journey stops here, I think you will have an enjoyable and fulfilling day.
This course is full of practical learning that will give you new skills to practice with family and friends.
Specifically, this includes
A basic routine for facial shiatsu
Work on the back, shoulders, and neck
Treatment of hands and feet
The origin and history of shiatsu
When to give Shiatsu

All wellness enthusiasts! This course is an introduction to the principles and practice of shiatsu. You will learn the basic techniques to give a very relaxing shiatsu massage on the face, back, shoulders, neck, hands, feet and additionally experience the beneficial effects of receiving shiatsu.

This course is ideal for complete beginners who are interested in learning about Shiatsu. You do not need any previous experience.
Therapists who already hold a qualification in other treatments will find this course to be a valuable addition to their continuing professional development.

There is no assessment.
A completion certificate will be sent to you so that you can evidence your achievement.

The course days run from 10am until 5pm and normally take place on Saturdays.
There is a 45 minute break for lunch and 15 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon.
Come in comfortable rather than tight fitting clothing. Leggings and tracksuits are ideal.
All our courses take place at 4GoodHealth, Cherrytree Offices, Union Road, Sheffield, S11 9EF.

Upon successful completion you can enrol on the foundation course which can lead to the Certificate of Holistic Acupressure.
