Paula:
- Investigate which animals live near our town.
- Which river has more flow in winter.
- Investigate the salts of some river near us.
Alex:
- Fruit who has more calories.
- Contamination with CO2, investigate how many CO2 have the most important cities in Spain.
- Going to the lab and seeing which river has more salts, temperature, oxygen.
- How many electricity goes on the electric towers
- At how many deegres do the fields dry.
Lola :
- Identify the atomic structure of some laboratory substances.
- Identify the differents salts of the rivers, to know the fishes that live there...
- To know why there is water that is potable and why there is water that isn't potable.
- How will the climate change affect the world in the next years.
Berta:
- Do crystals with differents salts
- Analyze why Borrasa's water is not potable
- Analyze the different substances of the river from the start to the mouth.
- What can we do to have a cleaner sea water.
- What can we do to have more ecological aliments.

9 October 2020: PROJECT CHOICE
THE CHOSEN PROJECT:
-We'll also do crystals with sals. And we'll investigate this different substancies from the start of the river to the end of the river.
(CAMPAIGN) About rivers and oceans. We'll take the river fish, and then we'll experiment with them. We'll match it with the climate change. We'll also build an aquarium and experiment with the salt.
EXPLICATION:
We want to experiment with the water of the Manol river and then when we know the results, we'll investigate what types of fish live there. We'll also go onto different parts of the rivers to take a bit of water and investigate how the water is affected during the river course. We will also see how climate change will affect the river.

Today we’ll be practicing the presentation for expose it on Thursday.
18 December 2020: Search information about climate change
This day we saw a documentary about climate change.
15 January 2021: We go to the river!!!
Today we’re going to the river to take water samples and then analyze it.
We experimented with pH paper that the pH of our river is 6,5 .
22 January 2021: We start making the aquarium
Today we made the aquarium and we also chose to promote our project on the Vilafant’s magazine.
Today we wrote an article to the Vilafant's magazine:
We’re a group of seven students from 3rd of ESO at Vilafant’s high school. From the start of the school year, we have been taking part in a European project called Erasmus +, specifically Science 4 Girls. The objective of this project is to make different activities and share them with other European students, to put in common how it’s the climate change affecting us. From Vilafant we’ll put our sand granite, studying and analyzing the issues of the river from our town: the Manol. Nowadays, we are in the first part of the project. Until now, we have been observing some issues of the Manol river, for example: the PH of the water, the flora, the fauna… and we have been taking samples to study the water of the river in our high school laboratory.
Take care of the aquarium and take different temperatures of the water.
Today we start making the new canva and we start the crystal project
Today we answer the questions about the project and we do some retouches on the magazine text.
Today we put the questions into canva presentation and we also send some e-mails to our local goverment and to the meteorological station.
We finish the canva .Today's aquarium temperature was 16ºC.
Today we start doing experiments with the fish. We put one fish into another aquarium with a temperature of 20º (4º more). We also start sending emails to metereologists like Tomas Molina and Francesc Mauri. We have also send an email to meteocat asking for datums about our climate. The experiment results are that the fish was rigid and had slow reflexs.
Today we add some details to the canva to finish it.
Tomas Molina has accepted our interview project and we will prepare the interview questions.
Today we make a table about the temperatures from Vilafant and then we'll do a graphic.
Today we have made our logo and our text has been published on the VIlafant's magazine (you can see it on the photos section)
