Fishbowl technique
Give each participant a role and play a guided conversation. This technique is good for: increasing participation, prevent domination by one or two students and made tracking the discussion.

Make groups and summarize a video you have watched.
Think - Pair - Share
Use Think-Pair-Share to build engagement. Students think about the answer individually first then pair up and share their answers.
Jigsaw method
The Jigsaw method is a cooperative learning technique in which students work in small groups. Jiwsaw can be used in a variety of ways for a variety of goals, but it is primarily for the acquisition and presentation of new material, review, or informed debate.
KAGAN STRATEGIES: Rally Robin
In pairs, students alternate generating brief oral responses.
KAGAN STRATEGIES: Timed pair share
In pairs, students share with a partner for a predetermined time while the partner listens. Then partners switch roles.
KAGAN STRATEGIES: Rally Coach
Partners take turns, one solving a problem while the other coaches. Then partners switch roles.
KAGAN STRATEGIES: Stand up, Hand up, Pair up!
Students stand up, put their hand up and quickly find a partner to share or discuss.
