Open GEP in High School
In a social, multicultural and complex context as the Catalan society presents, the knowledge and use of different languages become completely essential.
The main aim of this project is to increase the use of English in the daily life of the school as well as in other non-linguistic subjects.
CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) project's objectives are:
To improve the oral and reading comprehension in English language.
To improve the oral and written dimensions in English as a foreign language.
To promote multilingual ways of communication in the different celebrations and activities of the school. Therefore, the educational and social community is concerned.
To deal with with some of the contents of the non-linguistic subjects using English as a means of communication .
What does CLIL mean?
CLIL stands for Content and Language Integrated Learning. In other words, we use the same term as AICLE in Catalan. According to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, it means Aprenentatge Integrat de Continguts i Llengües Estrangeres.

In addition, this year the driving group intends to hold three training sessions on CLIL methodology. You can register in the following form. The conference will take place in the afternoon and will last a maximum of two hours. You will find more information later in the news section.
