In our final year as sophomores we will do a global scholars project, it is about teaching the 1st year students what global scholars is and what it consists of.
The global scholar is an English language web site where many schools or institutes from other countries share projects and exchange information about where they live and their culture, so thanks to that we can have connections and meet people from all over the world.
Throughout the course we have been learning about food, we researched food and healthy eating in different cultures, we researched food safety issues in our city, we surveyed community members to find out what food safety issues are most important to them and what actions they are willing to take to address them.

Our project will consist of 4 stages, the first one will be to elaborate a presentation and a kahoot about
problems of food to expose to the students of the first year of high school of our institute.
After two sessions of preparation of the presentation we will go to expose our work to the first year D.
After our presentation we will do a kahoot in which the whole class will participate to see the level of understanding of the topic.
Finally we will draw a conclusion with everything we have learned about the process and if it was worth it.

OUR PRESENTATION ABOUT GLOBAL SCHOLARS
In this presentation we shared what we did in all the units. The units are connected with a purpose, to be more sustainable in all means like food waste and other things like that. Every unit is related to food security and food in general, but are different projects for every unit. In this presentation we summarized every unit in two or three paragraphs. Presentation
OUR AWARENESS VIDEO ABOUT FOOD SECURITY
In this video, we explained some facts relating to food security: eating healthy, the use of plastic and food waste. It is important to control these aspects to have a better health and understanding of it.

In this Kahoot we made questions related to the video and the presentation that made our partners. We ask things about the Global Scholars and the things we have learned in class. We want to make this more fun to everyone so we make the Kahoot because we think is more entertaining, and we do it cause we want to check if you pay attention to the video and the presentation and to see if you have understood.
Playing this you all can know what we are doing in class and learn about Food Security and more things.
