The FRIL™ Ecosystem was developed to address a central leadership challenge:

The FRIL™ Pilot Cohort invites a select group of districts to engage in a disciplined, systems-level examination of leadership, instructional alignment, and systemic conditions that shape student outcomes.

This is not another program.
It is a structured lens for seeing clearly.

The FRIL™ Pilot Overview

Participating in the Pilot is FREE.

1.  Attend a Demo Session to Learn about the FRIL Ecosystem (45-60 minutes)

2.  Submit the Pilot Application (15-20 minutes)

3. Complete the FRIL Diagnostic Tool & Return It (30-40 minutes)

A research-informed leadership systems assessment examining:

• Strategic leverage

• Intentional leadership energy

• Systemic coherence

• Instructional reality

The diagnostic identifies where systems are aligned, where fragmentation exists, and where pressure is disrupting priorities.

4. Receive & Review Your Diagnostic Report Focused On Your Work
