Shauna Ikahihifo (she/her) is the founding chair of the Association of SP Educators' (ASPE) Disability Special Interest Group (SIG), the first of its kind in the simulation industry. As a simulation educator at the University of Arizona, Kanaka ʻŌiwi woman, and Disabled advocate, she is passionate about driving systemic change by integrating authentic lived experience into simulation design to build inclusive, accessible, and deeply human-centered learning environments across all disciplines. 

Ashira Greenberg (she/her) serves alongside Shauna as a co-chair of the Association of SP Educators' (ASPE) Disability Special Interest Group (SIG), and more broadly, Ashira is a health educator based in New York with a passion for disability representation in health equity efforts. Ashira is passionate about advocacy to integrate disability alongside as well as in intersection with other identities to build more accessible and inclusive care experiences for all people.
