Longitudinal Simulator
This longitudinal case study simulator follows patient, Jordan Rivera, over a period of 23 years through the lens of nine different disciplines.
Throughout the simulator, your team will:
Identify recurring threads that are impacting their life and community.
Design a simulation using the SIM Design Canvas Activity Worksheet.
Role play and discuss how each discipline contributed at key moments along the way.
Discuss outcomes using the reflection questions at each stage.
Debrief as a group using the Guided Questions at the end of each stage.
