Longitudinal Simulator

This is a longitudinal case study following patient, Jordan Rivera, over a period of 23 years.  

• Identify recurring threads that are impacting their life and community. 

• Use the information provided at each stage to design a simulation using the SIM Design Canvas Activity Worksheet by clicking on the PDF below.

• Role play and discuss how each discipline contributed at key moments along the way.

• Discuss outcomes using the reflection questions at each stage.

• Debrief as a group using the Guided Questions at the end of each stage in the simulator.
