Green ring: Mental health

THE GREEN RING :

The green ring is the ring of Greece in the city of Kalamata, and the school that has a part in the project it's called E.E.E.E.K., that it's a specially school , where they work mental health.

In this ring we gonna learn about mental health, like for example how our brain works or what we can do to feel better and improve our mental health.

In our school some of the students had experience with that topic, because in our optative classe , that we can choose, there is a subject called : emotional education, where we learn about how to control our emotions and express them with a good way. Also in this classe there is a thing that it's called Mindfulness, and that it's a thing that help you to understand your mind and feel good with your it.

The city that the people gonna travel , it's called Kalamata. Kalmata is the second city with more population in the Peloponnese peninsula
