Whether you are conducting an initial site survey (Pre-Design Stage) or installing (Deployment Stage), you can use OneSurvey from start to finish. It allows users to work offline and synch to the cloud once internet is available.

1. Viewers and clients will see a limited version of the site menus. They can still see all the floor plans inside one site, but not be able to edit them. Attachments, gallery, tasks, and notes all function the same between different user roles.
2. Viewers and clients have a more limited view of OneSurvey. They can still access the projects they have been assigned to and view the floor plan elements, but they cannot move or modify information. There is a toggle switch called "OneSafe" that displays more confidential information for a brief period of time. They can also adjust filters if they only want to see specific element details. Viewers can also take pictures and leave comments but not change existing photos.
Standard users will have a portal similar to the image on the left. Surveyors, Designers, Estimators, and Collaborators will still all have access to viewing floor plans and can edit by default.
