Quick Elements are icons that you pre-select specifically for site surveys and offline usage. This allows for easier accessibility for those doing a site walkthrough .

Make your Elements Easily Accessible
1) Click on your Project

Start by opening the OneSurvey app on your PC or mobile device. Locate and select your project in list or grid layout.
2) Navigate to the Icon List

Once inside the project, navigate to the icon list to pre-select any icons you intend on using during the lifecycle. This is required if you plan on using OneSurvey offline.

You can type in the search bar or manually search the categories by clicking on the dropdowns.

Once you find the icon you are looking for, select it then click the 'add' button. This will send it the the selected icons tab, which indicates it is now available in the Quick Elements.

Skip this step if you are using the app on a desktop: If you will be using this in a site with poor internet connection, download the project for offline usage. You will be given a reminder to have your Quick Elements selected before doing so.

Now when you load into your floor plan, you will see all of the icons you pre-selected in the Quick Elements category. This will make it much more convenient for you to drag and drop elements and avoid searching through all categories for an element.
