We meet on the third Tuesday of every month, with the exception of December and June. Please come hear about the upcoming events we have going on, and learn more about where and how you can get plugged in. We hope to see you all there!

Volunteer Team
The Volunteer Recruitment Committee helps connect Warrior families with meaningful opportunities to support the band program. By reaching out to parents, answering questions, matching families with roles that fit their interests and schedules, and encouraging participation throughout the season, this committee helps ensure no one feels unsure about how to get involved. If you enjoy meeting people, communicating, and helping families feel welcomed and connected, this is a great way to strengthen all of the Warrior Bands.
Feed the Band Team
The Feed the Band Committee keep our Warrior students fueled, focused, and ready to perform by coordinating meals during long rehearsals, football games, competitions, and special events. Committee members help plan meals, coordinate with local businesses, organize orders, and serve food, ensuring students are well cared for throughout the season. If you enjoy organizing, planning, working with local businesses, or simply feeding hungry teenagers, this committee is a wonderful way to support the Warrior Band.
Spirit/Morale Team
The Morale & Spirit Committee helps create the traditions, celebrations, and moments that make the Warrior Band experience memorable. From decorating the band hall and celebrating birthdays to planning movie nights, games, and other fun activities, this committee works to lift students’ spirits and remind them that they are valued and supported. If you enjoy planning, decorating, celebrating, and bringing people together, this committee is a great way to make a positive impact on our students and band family.
Equipment Team
The Equipment Committee works behind the scenes to ensure our Warrior students have everything they need to rehearse, travel, and perform successfully. From organizing equipment and props to helping with the trailer, setup, and teardown, there are plenty of ways to lend a hand—no marching band experience required. If you’re handy, organized, enjoy working behind the scenes, or simply want to support our students, this committee is a great way to make a direct impact while becoming part of the Warrior Band community.
Fundraising Team
The Fundraising Committee helps remove financial obstacles so every Warrior student can fully participate in the marching band experience. Members work together to develop creative fundraising opportunities, build relationships with local businesses and community partners, organize events, and find new ways to support the band’s needs. If you’re a go-getter who enjoys organizing, thinking creatively, building relationships, or working as part of a team, this committee is a great way to make a lasting impact on the Warrior Band Program.
IT/Social Media Team
The IT/Social Media Committee helps tell the story of the Warrior Bands and keep students, families, and the community connected. From capturing photos and celebrating student achievements to sharing updates, creating graphics, publishing newsletters, and promoting upcoming events, this team helps showcase the hard work and accomplishments of our students both on and off the field. If you enjoy photography, writing, graphic design, social media, or simply keeping people informed, this committee is a fun way to support the band.
Swag Team
The Swag Committee helps bring Warrior spirit to life through fun, creative, and high-quality apparel and merchandise. From spirit shirts and hoodies to hats, decals, and other branded items, this team helps build a recognizable identity for the Warrior Bands while giving students, families, alumni, and community members a way to show their pride. If you enjoy fashion, graphic design, branding, shopping, or simply have an eye for what people love, this committee is a fun way to support the band and build school spirit.
