2024 Summer Schedule

All rehearsals are mandatory. This will be a state eligible year, so please put all dates into your calendar ASAP! Also, please let Mr. Bigott know NOW if you have any conflicts with the below schedule. Email:sbigott@ingramisd.net, or communicate via Remind.

• July 15-19 - Front Ensemble/Drumline Camp - 8am-12:30pm

• July 22-24 - Front Ensemble/Drumline Camp - 8am-12:30pm

• Flipbook Making/Instrument Maintenance Days - When you finish making your flipbook and making sure your instrument is ready to go, you may leave. These are only windows in which to make your flipbooks.

• Woodwinds/Brass/Drumline

• July 15th-19th - 1:30pm-4:00pm - Flipbook Making/Instrument Maintenance

• July 22th-24th - 1:30pm-4:00pm - Flipbook Making/Instrument Maintenance

• July 20th - DCI Southwestern Championship - San Antonio, TX - Students and parents are encouraged to attend! This is a fantastic day of PROFESSIONAL marching corps with students aged 13-21 who are participating. This is the highest level of performance in our art form. We would love to take as many people as possible. If you are interested, and have never had a chance to witness this in person, I encourage parents and students to come and have a FULL day of entertainment. We are encouraging AS MANY band members to attend as possible! 

• July 29-31 - Marching Fundamentals and Music Rehearsal (2-a-days)

• August 1-2 - Band 2-a-Days

• August 5-9 - Band 2-a-Days

• August 12-16 - Evening Rehearsals 4:30-7:30pm

• August 19 - First Day of School

During School, the Warrior Marching Corps rehearses every Monday from 5:00pm-8:00pm. If school does not happen on Monday, rehearsal will be on Tuesday at the same time.

Marching Shoes: $31.95

This is a part of our marching uniform for the entire season. Marching 8th-12th graders will need a pair if their current marching shoes do not fit. We have a limited supply of used marching shoes that we will sell for $10. You will order these online using the link above. Please order the Black pairs.

Warrior Band Hat: $15 

This is a part of our summer marching uniform, what we will be wearing at the first 5 or 6 football games in the season while we wait out the hot weather. This is also to keep our faces and eyes protected in the heat of summer, while keeping us uniform. Make this check out to ITM Band Activity.

Water Jug: $15 

Having a Band water jug with the Warrior Band logo will ensure that we all have adequate hydration the entire season, and we don’t have to worry about purchasing endless amounts of plastic water bottles. Make this check out to ITM Band Activity.

Feed The Band Annual Fee: $50

The Band Boosters feed the band at all home and away games. This price ensures that the boosters are able to afford feeding all band members at every away game so that parents are not needing to get food to their students before or during games. Two years ago, the band was small enough for the entire  The Boosters provide full meals at all away games, as well as hearty snacks and gatorades at all away games as well as bus snacks.
