Registration & Lesson Fees

All Students must register with ISR before they begin swim lessons. This $105 non-refundable registration fee is paid directly to Infant Swimming Resource. There is a series of yes/no questions about your child’s development and medical history that our Registration Evaluation Team, composed of pediatric nurses, will review so we can give your child the safest lesson possible. We will provide a link to do this after you have secured a spot on the schedule.

Lesson fees are $250/week with a minimum expectation of 6 weeks for your child to acquire the necessary skills to Self-Rescue™. A nonrefundable deposit will cover the first week. If your child requires more than 6 weeks, additional payments will be made weekly.

Pool Hosting

Pool hosting allows you to obtain lessons right in your own backyard… or wherever your pool may be! Signing up to become a pool host allows you to not only get your own child into lessons, but help other children and their families to do the same.

We look at a few things when considering a pool for a session:

Location. Where the pool Is located and how I can fit the travel distance into my current schedule and budget.
Number of students. To pull together a session at your home I have to be able to fill a minimum of 2 hours (12 students).
Is it an in-ground pool? When getting a child in/out of lessons we need to have a platform which is typically the pool deck. If you have an above ground pool we would need a pool deck or platform attached.
Is the pool heated? For early morning sessions, late evening, or early fall sessions a heated pool allows us to continue in-water as we have strict safety protocols for weather and temperatures.

You are not required to be there during the time frame we hold lessons. I will just need a gate through which we can access the pool.
I will give the pool host some time to offer spots to their family and friends first. I will then offer all other spots to my email list before opening it to the public.
Parents will come to your home and enter through the backyard, have their 10 minute lesson, and then they are on their way. Access to the inside of your home is not needed. Pool hosts may specify any directions you would like me to relay to parents before the first day. This typically includes parking, pool entrance, etc.
All swim hosts are added to our liability insurance policy.
Your child(ren)’s weekly lesson fees are waived (up to 2 children). I appreciate your generosity and willingness to provide the space for other children in our community to learn this life-saving skill.
