Instructions for Adding a Pin to the Basic Income Week of Action Map
To add your event to the Basic Income Week of Action, we'll walk you through completing the following steps:
Creating an Action Network event account
Filling out information for your Basic Income Week of Action Event
Managing your event and event management features
Step 1: Visit the US Basic Income Week of Action Webiste:
https://www.usbasicincomeweek.org/
Click on 'Participate'
This brings you to the Basic Income Week of Action Campaign Map.
Step 2: Select 'Click to host'
When you click on 'CLICK TO HOST', you'll begin creating an event, but first you'll need to create an account with Action Network
STEP 3: Create an Action Network Account
If you already have an account and are logged in, proceed to Step 5.
Step 4: Verify your account, & go back to the Basic Income Week of Action Campaign Page:
https://actionnetwork.org/event_campaigns/basic-income-week-of-action-2025 & click 'Click to Host'
Step 5: Fill out your event details
Once submitted, Income Movement will Approve your event! 
CONGRATS! 
This is where you can access your event for the Basic Income Week of Action & any other actions you create. Your profile picture in the top right corner opens up a quick link to return to your dashboard if you are ever struggling to find it.
In your Action Network Dashboard, the bottom right section provides links to your actions. When you click on your event link, it'll bring you to your event dashboard.

Your Event Dashboard allows you to send an email to your guest list, copy & share a direct link to your event, and see who has RSVP'd.
