Talent Tussle: Unleash Your Talent, Seize Your Opportunity!

Talent Tussle is a dynamic HR challenge designed to assess crucial skills for success in the modern workplace, including teamwork, problem-solving, collaboration, creativity, and a drive to win. Participants will navigate a series of engaging challenges, simulating real-world HR scenarios, and demonstrating their talent and potential.

Who can participate?

•  Under – graduates and Post – graduates

•  Team of 3 members

Rounds:

•  Round 1: Video Resume.

•  Round 2: HR Pictionary

•  Round 3: Ad-Venture

•  Round 4: Code-Decode

Rules:

• Challenge Basket: Each team receives a basket containing a company profile, job description, and four sealed challenge envelopes.

• Time Management: Teams have 90 minutes to complete all four challenges.

• Submission: All four completed challenges (video resume, Pictionary representations, advertisement, and decoded solution) must be submitted together at the end of the 90-minute period.

• No Premature Opening: Teams are strictly prohibited from opening the challenge envelopes before the designated start time. Doing so will result in disqualification.

• Judging Criteria: Teams will be evaluated based on creativity, teamwork, problem-solving skills, communication, and adherence to the challenge guidelines.

Winner & Runner-Up Awards

• Winner: Awarded to the team with the highest overall score based on creativity, strategy, and presentation.

• Runner - up: Recognized as the runner-up team with outstanding performance.
