Power Play: Strength Meets Strategy (The Ultimate Business Manager Challenge)

Power Play: Strength Meets Strategy" is an exhilarating competition designed to assess participants' agility, endurance, quick thinking, and leadership qualities through a unique blend of physical and mental challenges. The game unfolds in two rounds, each focusing on different attributes essential for business leadership—resilience, decision-making, and strategic thinking.

Rounds for Power Play (2 Rounds)

Round 1: "Fit to Lead"

Objective: Test participants’ agility, endurance, and ability to think quickly under pressure— qualities crucial for business leadership.

Format

• Participants will engage in a one-minute physical exercise (e.g., jumping jacks, squats, or balancing tasks) to simulate handling stress and multitasking.

• Simultaneously, they will undergo a rapid-fire question round focused on business knowledge, decision-making, and industry awareness.

• Each participant must answer 10 rapid-fire questions within the one-minute timeframe.

Selection for the Final Round

The top 15 participants with the highest scores advance to the final round.

Final Round: "Icons in Action"

Objective: Assess participants’ ability to think critically, embody leadership qualities, and respond spontaneously while impersonating a business personality.

Format

• Each finalist will be shown a picture of a famous personality from any field (business, politics, entertainment, sports, etc.).

• They will have 30 seconds to observe and prepare.

• For 2 minutes, they must speak and respond as if they are that personality.

• The audience and judges will ask them questions based on the leader’s decisions, leadership style, and historical actions.

• Participants must stay in character and answer as convincingly as possible.

Game Rules & Guidelines

1. Fair Play: All participants must adhere to the rules and display sportsmanship.

2. No External Help: Participants cannot use any notes, mobile devices, or external assistance.

3. Judges' Decision is Final: Scores and decisions made by the judges cannot be contested.

4. Time Discipline: Exceeding time limits will lead to penalties.

5. Respect for Participants & Personalities: Impersonation must remain respectful and professional.

Winner Selection

The highest-scoring participant is crowned the "Ultimate Business Manager.
