Neighborhood House helps families and individuals transition from homelessness to permanent affordable housing. Community Health Workers provide critical wraparound supportive services to assist individuals in developing life skills needed to maintain permanent housing and employment.
Northwest Pilot Project offers limited funding for short term rental and deposit assistance to households who qualify.
