Cascadia owns, operates and/or manages around 1000 units or vouchers of housing in sites operating as licensed residential, permanent supported housing, and independent housing.
Friendly House provides programs and services for everyone, from preschoolers to older adults. All of our services are offered for free or on a sliding fee scale, to ensure a welcoming and equitable space for all.

It can also play a critical role in recovery, helping to rebuild and maintain independence, develop day-to-day routines, and build confidence. Neighborhood House helps families and individuals transition from homelessness to permanent affordable housing. Community Health Workers provide critical wraparound supportive services to assist individuals in developing life skills needed to maintain permanent housing and employment.
Northwest Pilot Project offers limited funding for short term rental and deposit assistance to households who qualify.
