Pharmacy Bridge offers Project Access NOW clients (and some non-client patients of clinics with whom they partner), who either don’t qualify for health insurance through the Affordable Care Act or lack the financial resources, access to medications prescribed by their primary care physician. Thanks to the generous support of our partners, the Pharmacy Bridge program provides clients with the medications they need at no or very reduced-cost.
The C3 Community Assistance Program supports discharge planners, social workers, and care managers as they work to connect low-income patients to the resources they need for a safe discharge, including transportation, temporary housing, and medical assistance.
The OEA team of certified application assisters helps families and individuals enroll in Oregon Health Plan and Health Insurance Marketplace plans at multiple sites in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties.

Eye Care
Quality used glasses offered for free. Must know prescription.
Social service agencies/health advocates can apply on a client’s behalf. (Please note that during the pandemic, New Eyes is accepting applications from individuals who have been affected by Covid. Please click here for instructions). New Eyes provides a basic pair of single or lined bifocal lenses at no cost to the client. Special requests including upgrades such as tinted, progressive or Transition lenses are beyond the scope of New Eyes' program.
The KEX Kids Fund is a non-profit organization established to provide students with free comprehensive eye exams, eyeglasses and/or hearing aids. To help your child, contact your school nurse or counselor and ask about KEX Kids.
