Public Benefits
The Oregon Health Plan provides Oregonians access to coordinated health care. It covers services such as regular check-ups, prescriptions, mental health care, addiction treatment and dental care.
SNAP provides food benefits to eligible, low-income individuals and families.
TANF provides cash benefits to low-income families with children. These benefits help meet a family's basic needs like food, clothing, rent and utilities while they work toward self-sufficiency.
The Employment Related Day Care program (ERDC) helps working families pay for child care, including registration fees. ERDC is a subsidy program. This means families may pay part of the child care costs, called a copay. ERDC works with partners to help families find quality child care.
