SUN Client Assistance for Franklin Families 

Your advocacy for the Family Resource Navigator (FRN) Program was a success!  We have received ONE more year of support from Multnomah County to be able to provide support to families. 

Funds are limited, due to a smaller budget than last year, in order to assist more families this 23-24 school year.

Our Client Assistance Form is for Franklin HS families ONLY and requests are NOT guaranteed until a SUN staff member (FRN) gets in contact with you.

This year (2023-24), Energy Assistance (EA) program will be requiring 30 days of income verification as part of the intake process. We are currently only accepting Pacific Power and NW Natural Gas bill requests.
