You can also include documents or an entire google drive FOLDER - what's great about that is then any time you add a doc to the folder, it will automatically sync and show up on here. (in the insert section, you'll see the "Drive" icon and can do it from there.  Just be sure the folder / docs are all shared as public so all parents can have access to it.
