How can I apply for a copy of my Academic record?
Please email myrecords@imc.edu.au for a copy of your academic record.
How can I enrol in my course each term?
Please enrol via your student portal https://student.imc.edu.au/.
There is a first aid kit available on the Hobart campus. IMC staff immediately responds to any first aid assistance that is needed.
The IT Department is available via itsupport.tas@imc.edu.au
Once a new student is enrolled in their course, they will receive an email from the IT Department with details of how to log onto their Portal and set up their Moodle account.
This email is usually sent within 48 hours of enrolment.

New students can apply for their student ID cards via this link.
All students will be required to have their Student ID card on them while attending all IMC classes on campus.
Other uses for your Student ID card include photocopying, printing, and identity verification for the final exam.
What happens if you lose your ID card? You will need to apply for a new Student ID card and pay a fee of $15.00

For international students, it is very important to know your VISA conditions.
Maintain a full-time study load and know your working hours (4 units/term)
OHSC requirements: Always remember you need to protect your rights. If there are any problems, you can see us or other professional bodies for advice to solve these issues.
Can I work more hours during the holidays?
International students are able to work more hours during Semester breaks.
What can I do if I want to work more hours during the holidays and my employer asks for a letter of approval?
Students can supply a copy of our Academic Calendar to their employers to confirm holidays in between Terms.
All International Students are required to have Overseas Health Cover while studying in Australia.
OSHC is a compulsory requirement and IMC can help arrange this for all International Students.
The Department of Home Affairs and Border Protection requires that all student visa holders must have Overseas Student Health Cover.
It is important for all new students to collect their health care cards at the start of their degree.
