All JROTC Units that are eligible to compete in air rifle marksmanship are invited to participate in the Eagle Shooter Postal Competition. The JROTC Postal gives all Cadets who participate in air rifle marksmanship an opportunity to experience a high level competition, fired at the unit's home range.
