Where do we reserve parking for clients?

At Event Services, we process parking reservations for Circle Drive (AS-02 in diagram) and Lot D10. Lot D11 is Hotel Parking only, and we do not reserve those spots.

Parking Passes are picked up at the Hotel Desk. If somebody other than the primary client wants to pick up the pass on their behalf, they must be added as an Authorized Pass Recipient on EMS.
What if another vehicle is parked in a client's reserved spot?

Call the Parking Department (217-333-3530) and let them know. They will most likely issue a ticket to the vehicle.
Then, see if there are other available spots in either Circle Drive or Lot D10, and adjust their reservation in EMS.

If you are the one making the parking reservation in EMS, you MUST send the confirmation when you are done
