Confirmation dates

• • SUMMER BOOKINGS - take place between  6/1 - 8/31  and are confirmed on  MARCH  1ST of the same year as the event date

  • FALL BOOKINGS  take place between 9/1  - 12/31 and are confirmed on JUNE 1ST  of the same year as the booking date.

  • SPRING BOOKINGS  take place between 1/1 - 5/31 and are confirmed on NOVEMBER 1ST  of the previous year.

  • Events are booked as tentative if they are booked before the dates above.  They will be changed after the appropriate date.
