8th Grade Promotion Checklist

Start these tasks:

1. Complete the required Promotion Survey and let us know if you will or will not be attending the ceremony.

    *Deadline is March 6th

2. During the ceremony, each promoting 8th grader will have a message and picture projected on the screen as they walk across the stage and we need your help! Send us your learner's pictures and message by completing the appropriate form below. You will receive an email letting you know which ceremony time your learner has been assigned to. Once assigned a ceremony time, fill out the appropriate form:

   1. 1. • 10:00am Ceremony Slideshow Form 

         • 1:30pm Ceremony Slideshow Form 

*Deadline is April 17th

3. Is your promoting learner interested in performing or giving a speech during the 8th grade promotion? If so, review the requirements on the "Attending Promoter's Instructions" tab- "Speech and Performance." Learners will need to audition by filling out the form below:
