Guest Instructions

Parking Information

• Location address: 2850 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

• Free parking on site.

• There will be iLEAD staff guiding parking before each ceremony. 

• Once parked, look for iLEAD signs and balloons to direct you to the ceremony location. 

Check-in Information

• Upon arrival, guests will check in their party with an iLEAD volunteer. 

  • • Promoters may invite up to 4 guests, not including the promoting 8th grader. 

    • Upon check in - you will be given wristbands for your learner and your guests. No one without a wristband will be allowed to enter the ceremony. 

• Doors will open at approximately 9:45 am for the 10:00 am ceremony and 1:15 pm for the 1:30 pm ceremony.

• Guests who arrive earlier will need to wait outside the doors. 

• Restrooms will be available.

• No standing room available inside the lobby

Ceremony Instructions  

• IMPORTANT NOTE:  No helium balloons, food, or drinks will be permitted inside the ceremony space. 

• This year, we are holding two ceremonies, and we kindly ask that all promoted learners and their families exit promptly after the ceremony and photos. This will allow space in the parking lot for incoming families attending the afternoon promotion. To ensure a smooth transition, we will begin ushering everyone out by 12:00 PM.
