Presentations are pre-loaded on the laptops provided by our 3rd party technical team. Please CLICK HERE to upload your presentation to Dropbox.
We ask all speakers to prepare their slides in the attached Powerpoint template. We understand this format doesn't work for all, but please at least use the template as your cover slide.

We distribute handouts electronically through our website and will need to upload before the conference. Please CLICK HERE to upload your handout.
If you prefer to provide paper copies of your handout, you may do so at your own expense. There will be no reimbursement for copy expense.
Recorded Sessions

Landscape Illinois maintains a video library - Bloom - to support our mission to provide quality education to the industry. Recorded sessions will be uploaded to the library and distributed to conference attendees and Bloom subscribers. We can also share the recording with you, if you agreed to be recorded as part of your speaker contract.

To avoid technical issues, we employ a professional AV tech to run the event. This means we use their equipment - including their laptop.
Each room will be set with a Windows laptop, projector, LCD screen, wireless slide advancer/laser pointer, a lavalier microphone, and a handheld microphone.
If you use Google Slides or Canva, please save your slides as .ppt (powerpoint) before the event so there are no issues with formatting.
Please notify me if you have video or sound in your presentation.
You will be required to use a microphone during your presentation.
Our setup is not conducive to the use of flip charts because it is very difficult for all attendees to see what you’re writing. We ask that any information you’re sharing be visible in your slides or communicated verbally.
