Rooms are available to speakers traveling from outside the Central Illinois region, with prior agreement and approval from Landscape Illinois staff. Hotel is negotiated as part of your speaker contract. The hotel does sell out so this must be discussed before 12/15/25, or you may have to stay at the overflow hotel.

Kellie will reserve hotel accommodations for speakers and provide a confirmation # prior
to the conference.

Hotel reservations include onsite parking,
wifi, and breakfast onsite.

All speakers receive full conference registration. Registration includes entry into both days of education sessions, lunch served both days, and complimentary registration at the offsite social event on Tuesday night. 

You will be automatically registered for the conference by Landscape Illinois staff. 

We are excited to again be hosting the offsite event at Lil Beaver Brewery, which is just minutes from the hotel. There is limited seating at this event which includes dinner and horticulturally-related trivia created by the committee.  This is a separate ticketed event, but we have already registered for you to attend at no cost, as our guest. 

This event sells out.  If you do not plan to attend, please let me know so we can release your ticket to another guest.
