Parking is free and convenient at this facility. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the BMI airport, which is just 4 miles away. There is a restaurant onsite.
Arrival and Check-In
We ask that you arrive 60 minutes before the start of your session. Once you arrive, please check-in at the registration desk. They will direct you to the room where you are speaking, and connect you with the room host. It will also be important for you to pick up your name badge, which will allow you entry into all sessions. The registration desk is a great place to go for any questions you may have onsite.
There is limited space at the registration desk to store personal belongings. There are volunteers, staff, and attendees coming in and out of the area throughout the day. For the security of your belongings, we recommend you leave them in your hotel room, lock them in your car, or keep them with you.
Dress Code
We are professionals serving the landscape industry! You will see a variety of outfits, ranging from branded hooded sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, and 3-quarter zips, to business casual attire - it's all welcome! Just make sure you are comfortable. Sometimes the breakout rooms get warm when a session is full so layers can be very helpful!
