MATERIALS:

• A light T-shirt (better if it’s white)

• Some rubber bands

• Fabric ink

• Water

• A plastic bag and a bottle

PROCESS:

1. First of all, we’re going to take the T-shirt and we’re going to create a kind of spiral with it. To make sure that it maintains the shape, we’re going to put some rubber bands holding it.

2. Then, to make the ink mixture, we’re going to mix some ink and water in a bottle. Make sure the mixture has enough color!

3. When we’ve finished preparing all of our colors, we’re going to humidify the T-shirt so the ink impregnates better and we’re going to start pouring the ink mixture in triangular pieces

4. Once we pour all the colors we want, we’re going to put the T-shirt in a plastic bag and we’re going to leave it for about a day.

5. After a day, we only need to dry it and that’s it. There we have our Tie dye T-shirt!
